A monthly package of individual work with a mental-spiritual coach for those who want to work seriously on personal growth, including elite athletes and professionals. An unlimited number of monthly trainings with the full dedication of the trainer. <\/p><\/div>\n\n

The project of life<\/h3>\n\n

Individual work that helps clients plan and lead life as a project. The focus is on setting goals, organizing activities, adapting to changes and evaluating progress during different stages of life. After the initial testing to define goals, the trainer monitors growth and development. <\/p><\/div>\n\n

Team program<\/h3>\n\n

Group work with a mental-spiritual coach intended for groups who want to work professionally on themselves and their goals.
