After many failed relationships, I was in a place of questioning how God could still possibly love or forgive me, and never thought I would be able to love or forgive myself. Do Win Mental and Spiritual Training helped me find my faith and God again, and helped me restore my soul and sense of self. Do Win helped to get me back on a path of forgiveness, grace, and gratitude, and helped me find the mental strength to overcome my patterns of thinking that were leading to depression, anxiety, and low self-worth.
