The mental health of athletes is very important for their success and well-being. Physical preparation and talent often come to the fore, but mental strength plays an equal role. Athletes face high levels of stress due to intense training, competition, expectations and injuries. Working on mental and spiritual health helps me develop resilience, improve focus and manage better when I’m under pressure. Prayer and meditation help me control, especially my thoughts and emotions, which I believe is key to success, and provide a sense of purpose and inner peace.
