The spiritual and mental part of training are most often neglected in team sports, they are at a lower level than the professional one, and care for them usually ends up on the individual who finds himself in the vortex of all other types of training that help the athlete reach his goal. I believe that one of the key things for success is taking care of both. The mere knowledge that through spiritual and mental training we also improve physical performance that is difficult for us to achieve with a “dry run” is enough for all of us to start working on ourselves from the inside.
