Comfort zone

The comfort zone is the zone of our comfort. It is a state or a place in which we feel comfortable because we do not have to change anything. There is usually no resistance to such a lifestyle, it is simply pleasant. The more something is outside the comfort zone, the more mental resistance there is. Interestingly, no matter how hard it is, getting out of the comfort zone is good. Running is good for you. After we run, for a week we realize how our mental strength increases. Your outlook on life is better. You are more optimistic. The comfort zone is often terrible and harmful to our life, growth and development because it is easier to stay lying down and eat chips than to move and do something useful.

Interesting. There are also things that are in the comfort zone, which are good and positive (training, hobby, spending time with loved ones, etc.). On the other hand, stabbing yourself in the leg with a pencil is probably out of your comfort zone, but that doesn’t mean it’s good for you. So, there are some things outside the comfort zone that are not good, and there are some things that are good. The comfort zone can be good, and it doesn’t have to be. We are certainly talking here about a positive and healthy exit from the comfort zone. If we don’t try to get out of our comfort zone, it will shrink more and more, it will become narrower and it will be harder for us to escape from it. This is something that almost all people experience in their lives, whether they are aware of it or not.

We can be in the comfort zone at any level.

Physical: we don’t train and eat poorly. We are aware that it needs to be started, but something is holding us back.

Metallic: we think negatively. We are aware of this and have the desire to change, but something is holding us back. Just as it is a comfort zone to lie down and not train, it is also a comfort zone for someone who is used to being negative on a mental level and staying that way.

Spiritual: the desire to preserve old habits, making excuses, avoiding difficulties, etc.

However, just as you can move physically, you can move mentally and spiritually. Do win training knows this and in working with you discovers how. If you want your comfort zone not to narrow, keep getting out of it. Expand your comfort zone.

Ask yourself: Where is my comfort zone narrowed? When you understand where, be grateful that you realized and bravely come out of it. What do you want to learn? What do you want to achieve? What do you want to achieve? It won’t be comfortable. It will be difficult. It is not easy to get out of the comfort zone, but with Do Win training everything is possible.
