That is why health should always be emphasized, but also talk about the deficiency and its causes, which then create various symptoms. In the spiritual sense, the focus is on what I can be – on the light. When I live for what I was created to do, I am spiritually healthy and in good shape. It is important to train spiritually in order to be spiritually healthy.
