Subconsciousness

Consciousness is creative.

The subconscious is programmed.

How are we programmed? How do programs (subconscious) control our lives?

When we buy a computer and turn it on, the operating system prepares to run. But if there are no programs installed on it, the computer cannot do anything. It’s similar with a child. When the brain develops, it has an operating system, but it has no programs. God created the first (science says) seven years of our lives for us to take on the fundamental behavior programs by observing our environment (family, educators, friends…). During this time, the child installs all the essential behaviors needed to be a functional member of the family and society. So, we acquire programs by observing the people in our environment.

The problem arises if we acquire programs that are not positive and healthy, but rather negative and unhealthy, which have a detrimental impact on our overall health (physical, mental, and spiritual).

Science has discovered that during the first seven years of our life, our brain is designed to acquire programs simply by observing other people. Now we know that about 70% of the programs we acquire from others are negative and discouraging, even self-sabotaging.

These programs are located in the subconscious mind. The other mind is the conscious one. It begins to activate around the age of 7. The conscious mind is the creative mind. The subconscious mind is a programmed mind (habit). With each new awakening of consciousness, a person can see which negative programs are leading them where they don’t want to go, and here begins the conscious battle between the conscious and subconscious mind, i.e., between what I truly want and what my body automatically leads me to.

From these examples, we see the importance of information (awakening consciousness), motivation, and action, with the presence of the most important thing – discipline, all of which are necessary to achieve our goals.
